Services Overview

On Point Contracting provides residential renovation and general contracting services in Toronto, Vaughan, Woodbridge, and Maple. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Legal basement construction

  • Washroom and kitchen renovations

  • Deck and fence installations

  • Hardscaping projects

Availability may vary by project size, scope, and location. We reserve the right to refuse service outside our operating areas.

User Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and current information when filling out forms or scheduling services. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation.

Use of Website

You agree not to misuse our website or engage in activities that may harm its functionality or security. Unlawful use, including hacking, spamming, or introducing malicious code, is strictly prohibited.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are non-binding and based on the information available at the time of request. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-person consultation and a signed agreement.

 

Changes in scope, materials, or project delays may lead to adjustments in the final cost. Clients will be notified in advance of any such changes.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your contract and may include deposits, milestone payments, or final payments upon completion. We accept:

  • E-transfers

  • Certified cheques

  • Other agreed-upon methods

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges.

Project Timelines

All timelines are estimates and subject to change due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Availability of materials

  • Permit delays

  • Client response time

Client cooperation is essential for keeping projects on schedule.

Intellectual Property

Website Content

All content on this website—including text, images, and branding—is the intellectual property of On Point Contracting. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Client Project Materials

All completed work delivered to the client belongs to the client upon full payment. We may use project photos for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless the client opts out in writing.

Limitation of Liability

On Point Contracting is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project or service.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Any work completed to date must be paid for

  • A final invoice will be issued

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be assessed based on the signed agreement

Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may include links to third-party websites for convenience. On Point Contracting is not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites. Clients are encouraged to review third-party privacy policies and terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ontario courts, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
